I'am doing reasearch on after-burned reaction of plume. But when i focus on the volumetric reaction,i find some questions. When i defeine the reactions,i can't find out the units of pre-exponential factor that i can't calculate the result.I have looked many literatures on it.☹

      Hi Wang,

The unit of Pre- exponential factor depend on the order of reaction (there is no single/universal unit). If the above reaction database is based CHEMKIN format. then the units would cgs form.

For example a first order reaction which no temperature exponent, would have a unit of s-1.

Below is the snippet from CHEMKIN Input Manual (for your reference)
