I am thinking of the possibility of accelerating my computing with some open-source code for a high-performance preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) iterative solver such as Hyper (or some open-source solver developed by myself).ÂMy question is, Is there any way to integrate a 3rd-party solver (written in C/C++) to an Ansys computation pipeline? For example, is there an API standard  I could follow when I try to wrap the C/C++ code as a library, so I can replace the built-in solver of Ansys with another PCG solver. Or is there any way that I can use a 3rd-party solver as a plug-in?Any help or idea will be very appreciated. Thanks!Â

Sort of, but possibly beyond the level of support we can provide on the Forum. Have a look at PyFluent, but also work out exactly what you're going to be passing to Fluent. Ie are you building a ROM type solution or something that needs Fluent data to drive the "other" tool.Â
