I have a question about cloud access (Pict 1)

My Ansys acoount uses gmail student, while my microsoft account does not use gmail student, i want to create a microsoft account using gmail student to be the same as gmail Ansys, but microsoft cannot use gmail student.

is there a solutions about this?

This isn't possible, it's a Microsoft limitation. You will need to share your Microsoft account email with the person inviting you to the Azure Lab.

What lab are you trying to access? These issues should be addressed by the person inviting you to the Lab.

Hi Mr Matt Madore! thanks for the reply to my question. I have sent a Microsoft gmail to Mr. Gilang to be repaired/switch/change by the backand team. But i still don't know, how long will it take for me to get a reply regarding this gmail.

What do you encounter if you try to create a Microsoft account using your gmail account?

Hi Mr Matt Madore. Thanks again for the reply to my question. If i create the same microsoft email as Ansys email (My gmail ansys is gmail student), i can't, because the microsoft account can't use gmail student (Pict 1).

If i want to login to microsoft account using the same email sent to my gmail (gmail student) to register Ansys Lab Learning, my email can't be found (Pict 2).
