Ansys Employee这个取决于你的需要和器件的响应。
你可以测试几次就清楚了,如果结果不变化就没有必要变Phi。
需要注意的是,斜入射宽光谱时要考虑合适的光源和边界条件,有时只能单个波长,比如TFSF光源。
请斟酌。
