Can I send over the .ansys folder found in TEMP for you to take a look at regarding licensing privately.
We have followed the instructions for proxy server - https://innovationspace.ansys.com/knowledge/forums/topic/proxy-server-configuration/?template=discovery but are still having issues with licensing. When doing a manual activation it connects to the server and then times out/denied.
If you are able to look through the temp folder and let me know if there is anything else we can try.

Can you please share the screenshot of errors, first?
Also launch Ansys Licensing Settings> click on feature in use tab and share a screenshot of it too.
If needed, we can look at .ansys folder later.
