Proximity selection tool criteria

      Hi,

I'm curious about how the proximity selection tool criteria is defaultly defined. I've been searching for information on this matter but haven't been able to find any. For instance, in my model, it's automatically set to 2.47885 mm.

I imagine it has something to do with the average element size in my model...

      Thanks

      Hello Veronique,

This is a good question. Let me ask a developer.

      Hello Veronique,

Here is the reply from the developer:

"LSPP calculates the model extend in the X, Y and Z direction, respectively, and then chooses the biggest one from X, Y, Z extend as the max_model_extend which is multiplied by a factor “0.01” to be set as the default proximity distance".
