Procedure for license retrieval

  We had purchased the license for Lumerical FDTD a few months back under the name of my PhD advisor.
  However, we lost the all license details since the student who was in correspondance has since graduated with his email account not being active anymore. As a result we have no way of installing it on our system despite having purchased the license.
  Could your team please help is in retrieving the license? Thanks.
