I am learning how to use the 15.0 ansys maxwell, which is the one the company I work for owns, and I am having some troubles with the graphics, when the mouse moves over the object the problem in the print happens. I was just using besides it but it is becoming harder to continue. I already tried to solve it by updating the graphic card's drive but the problem remains. Someone knows how to solve it?

15.0 is old and unsupported by Ansys. We highly recommend upgrading to a newer supported version.
What is the graphics card and driver version on the remote machine and your workstation?

can you please check if there is a newer driver available in the nvidia website? Also, try updating the graphics on the workstation through which you're remoting

I was using the software remotely so I tried to use directly in the machine it was installed and it worked with no problems.
I have no problems now.
