Hi all.

I am conducting a thermal analysis of drilling an SPG ram, using a model from LSTC. The mechanics work perfectly, everything is drilled, the voltages are normal. I want to enable thermal analysis.

I connect cards:

I'm using test parameters from my head (HC and TC).

 

And INITIAL_THERMAL with a temperature of 22С.

When calculating, I get the first entry in d3plot and look at it:

temperature on the drill is 85С

 

the temperature on the plate is simply horrid.

After the start of the calculation I received the following warnings:

 

Then I get an error and the calculation is completed:

Why?

Hi, 

what version of dyna are you using. 

Any version 14 and higher should be good for SPG-Thermal studies.
