Problem with opening the result-app Ansys Fluent

  After installing the newest version of the Ansys Fluent software I made a calculation, but I couldn't open my results. I found a solution on: https://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/cfx/109708-postgui_ogl-exe-has-stopped-working.html.
  I deleted the ".cfx" file and then I could open my results. But now I have to delete the file every time I make a new calculation.
  Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

  Hello,
  Do you see any lock file (.lck) in your working folder?
  If so, then you can delete those lock files and try again.
