Problem with Mesh

      I have problems when I open the Mesh mode, because I don't know why but I always get the same message (photo attached). How can I solve it?

      Hi Inigo,

      Run the ProductConfig.exe from C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\v2xx  and configure the application again, by right-clicking the productconfig.exe file and select “Run as Administrator”> Unconfigure products then configure again by selecting all options. Make sure you run this as administrator and install all the prerequisites.

      I have done what you said, but the error still remains. I am importing .igs file, I don't know if there is any problem with that, or if I need to get any CAD program installed.

       

      Any other options I can look for?

      Which CAD program are you using?

      I am creating the geometry using Design Modeler (I don't know if that's what you mean).

      Hi Inigo,

      Mostly design modeler should not have any issues while importing model then too view the below link IGES (*.igs, *.iges) (ansys.com)
