SubscriberHi everyone,
Do you have some advices to solve the constant  floating point exception error that occurs when I'm trying to model this problem?
I simply have a material modelled with herschel Buckley, which could flow from the unitial volume with a laminar flow, but it seems that this doesn't happen and in addition of this, the floating point error mentioned before always occurs. I don't know if it is a problem linked to the mesh or something else.I'm using the VOF with explicit method, PISO with stabilization actived, modified body force weighted, first order momentum, Geo-recostruction, first order transiest formulation and 0.01 time-steps size.

Forum ModeratorI'd start by fixing the mesh. A skew of one is bad. Do NOT use the hex-dominant method in Meshing for CFD.Â
