Post Processor not launching for Chemkin

  Hello everyone ,
  I am using Chemkin for simulation application, but suddenly the post processor is not launching. Both the excel post processor and the inbuilt post processor are not launching.
  When I checked in the file paths, excel is launching there. But in normal operations after selecting analyze reaction paths chemkin's getting stuck.
  I have a attached a screenshot of Chemkin.

  Hello,
  Can you try to run Chemkin as admin and let us know if the issue still exists?

  Hi RK I tried the same by runnning chemkin as admin, but I am getting the same error. Both the post-processors are not launching.
