  How to solve this problem?
  Can someone please explain how to close all applications, so I can install ANSYS student versions?

  Seriously, assuming you're installing as Admin and have unzipped the package and (probably) switched off the virus scanner & firewall it should be fine. Most software says that and it's intended to avoid you installing whilst you also have a different version of the software open.
