Hi, how can I simulate a plating on a conductor? i notice that in Ansys electronic: Icepack (student version) exists the surface material but i can't decide the thickness of it. Thanks

Hi Alexia,Â
Thanks for reaching out. In Icepak, you cannot specify the thickness on a surface property, only on a solid object.Â
Best,
