SubscriberHello,
I am currently working with LS-Dyna within Ansys Mechanical. The material I use is a multilinear isotropic hardening model. I am trying to give out the plastic strain of a part. I have tried =EPS but that only gave out the total strain. Does someone have any recommendations?
Best regards
Ben

Hi Ben,
Before running the analysis, under Analysis Settings, set Strain to Yes (screenshot below), and you can then search the strain quantities of interest using the list accessible via the Worksheet, please refer to the screenshot. That being said, I believe EPS is associated with equivalent or effective plastic strain.
