Hi, 

after applying prestress on structure, plastic strain occur on connections of two part of the structure. There is bonded contact, same material, only difference is mesh. Do you ahve any idea why is that, or how i hsould change the contact between parts of the structure?

Since you are supported I would strongly suggest to send this model to your channel partner Techsoft.

Please do that and they will look into it.

If possible (I assume it is): Suggest to use shared topology there instead of contacts (also use an all hex mesh instead of tet-hex).
