Hi,

I have a problem with voltage response of a piezo beam. I know that piezo and mems do no work in current softare version, but I try to use Coupled Filed Harmonics to achive it. But I cant obtain any plot or tabular data from my results. Does anyone have similar problem.w to solve it?

We do not use or support the Piezo Mems extension - I can see (image you posted) u are using it, so uninstall it and do not use it all.

Use the native coupled field harmonic system where this can be done natively.

Search in the help manual for an example (e.g., Wire bonding ultrasonic transducer):
