Hi Rob,
   I have posted a question about heat of reaction, see link below. but my boss is still having concerns about how to understand the formula 5-1 and 5-11, see link 2.
I would like to request: is it possible to arrange a 15-minute phone call meeting with ANSYS staff (technical support) directly?

I can't say yes or no on that. If your supervisor emails Ansys (or your licence provider if it's a partner) contact they can discuss and go from there.Â
