in the heat exchanger design,1. How to set the dynamic physical properties of phase-change hydrogen? Can refprop be invoked, and how? Can you give a tutorial of a phase change heat transfer case? (hydrogen varies in temperature from 15K to 50K, while 15-33K is a liquid and above 33K is a gas) 2. Once the refprop is set, is the rest of the operation consistent with the non-phase conversion thermal operation process? What should I pay attention to? 3.the case is one channel goes turbulent air, another channel is the phase change hydrogen 4.can air turbulent model and vof model of hydrogen set in fluent simultaneous?how?

Are you using Fluent or cfx?

For liqH2 and vapH2 refporp nist properties, you need to create RGP files and use it. Also, you can model this CHT application, need to just patch and solve the other channel or region with only air. Check the Fluent user and beta manuals for instructions.

I can point you to the manuals that might help, and answer more specific queries, but you need to decide which multiphase model to use by doing a theory and literature survey for your own unique geometry/case/application.

1.If here I choose no table files, will it go smoothly to calculate? I think If I don’t choose the create look-up table, it won’t influence the calculation. Am I right?2 What year’s version of the tutorial did you send? 3.FIG2 remind me of the invalid cp,I donnot know what is wrong ,and the temperature is in the rang of refprop provided 13.957-1000K

I sent you '24R1' links. You can go to your release's help page (click on the question mark symbol on the top right corner in your Fluent UI) and find the information on RGP files in user and 'beta' manual.
NIST lookup table cannot be used for phase change simulations, it only supports single phase and super critical regime problems. You need RGP table files if you need refprop subcritical properties for multi phase simulations.
Another option is to use your own temperature dependent thermophysical (polynomial) and saturation (pt-sat) properties. However, I cannot comment much on smoothness of the runs as it is a case specific trait..

COULD YOU SEND me a 2024R1 tutorial pdf?I have only 2020 one,I wanna print it and see it anywhere. additionally, ONLY ansys 2024R1 support RGP TABLE?WHY CANNOT FIND IT IN 2020 r1 tutorial?
i click the question mark as you said, but fig. shows below, cannot find the user beta mannual; when I click using help, and search for the user beta manual, nothing appear.
