SubscriberHi everyone.
I am simulating a compressor with a rotor inside using MRF (Multiple Reference Frame) and DPM (Discrete Phase Model) to analyze the oil particle flow.
I noticed that in CFD-Post, streamlines can be drawn using either velocity or velocity in the stationary frame. However, particle track streamlines do not offer this option.
Therefore, I am wondering whether particle track streamlines are drawn using velocity or velocity in the stationary frame?
Thank you so much.

Ansys EmployeeHi Luna,
Particle tracking is different from streamlines. Particle tracks are created using particle track files. In Fluent this is the  Fluent Particle Track XML file.
In CFX, particle track data is embedded in the result file itself.
