parameterize polygon cutout

  Hi, all,
  
  I have a similar question as
  
  How to create parametrized cutout in HFSS 3D Layout
  
  But I cannot figure out the solution.
  
  Once the shapes (2 circles and 1 rectangle) are merged into polygon, those variables (like the circle radius and rectangel length) are not going to be useful for parameterization purpose. Thanks.
