SubscriberHi everyone
I was wondering if for setting up the case for the parallel solver, just specifying the number of cores in the setting is enough? or there should be something done in the partitioning tab in fluent?

Forum ModeratorIt's usually enough. You can set the options to use a different scheme and add load balancing but I'd leave those alone until you know why you want to change from the default.

SubscriberI have subdomains into my domain; that means there are 26 enclosures in the computational domain. Each has different sizing and number of mesh. Is it still fine to go for the default method?

Forum ModeratorThe partitions shouldn't encapsulate so check the partitions when you open the solver.
