overlapping contact region error

  Hello
  I am trying to simulate a drone , but while meshing i keep getting this overlapping error . I also checked the overlapping contact region and I got around 178 regions. I don't know how to resolve this issue .

  Hello Rohith,
  For overlapping regions, you should first check with you geometry to ensure it is clean. If that is the case, second step is to check your sizing an make sure it is appropriate for those regions. Finally, if you have thin region, Overlapping contact regions can occur when one face is in several different connections. This usually happens when a face that should have been in one contact is not distinguished from another nearby face, resulting in it being used in more than one contact. The remedy is usually to decrease the tolerance for identifying contact faces
