Hi, when I simulated in INTERCONNECT as the picture below, I set two Optical oscilloscopes, but when the light passes through the waveguide, Why the output is the way it is, as shown in the second picture. And how can I test the light intensity? Please help!!!

oscilloscopes measure time-domain signals. not sure what the simulaiton goals you desire using such a file. Do you want to simulate nonlinear waveguide?

mostly we measure the power instead of electric field intensity.

Here is the KB article for optical oscilloscope https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107134-Optical-Oscilloscope-OOSC-INTERCONNECT-Element

I know the measurement is power, but why is the power after passing through the waveguide as shown in the second picture? This is what I want to know, thanks!

I am not sure what kind of waveguide you are using and what the elements behind the WGD? I could not duplicate your result:

If there is another element and it has reflection, the result can oscillate.
