Outer wall forming when mesh loaded into fluent

      Hello,

I was previously discussing this in another thread and was asked to create a new thread. I skinned a CAD faceted body and have an upper fluid region and lower solid region (all one part and shared topography). I loaded the mesh into fluent and got a weird 'outer' wall body for the bottom solid body (see photo). Will this interfere with the model run?

Where is it in relation the rest of the model? n

It seems to auto-generate around the edge/perimeter of the solid zone.n

I went ahead and ran the model and when I look at the results, I don't see this wall in the wireframe in CFD post. I'm guessing it isn't influencing the calculations, but I did want to verify. n

There might be a missing surface label when you created the geometry. I've not seen this occur for any other reason, so double check the mesh in Fluent to see what's going on. n
