Open "RSDOC" files Hello, I need to create a sheet metal box around the electronic components create with "RS software" but it is impossible to import into "Spaceclaim". I receive this message: You have reached the limit of the number of DesignSpark files allowed for import with ANSYS SpaceClaim. Please contact support for any questions. What is the problem?

Discovery SpaceClaim should have a very high limit on the number of conversions.

Is this error appearing in Discovery SpaceClaim, or on an older version of the software (such as SpaceClaim 17.2)?

Thank you for the answer, this error appears with Discovery spaceClaim 19.1.(see the ScreenShot) This is very restrictive because "RS Allied" have most of this electronic components in the "RSDOC" files.

Thanks for that information.  I'm having our team look into this issue further, as one of my colleagues has reported a similar problem.

BBueno_ANSYS I tried with "Converter exe" but I could not convert. See the screenshot. "RSDOC", "Sat", "Sab" and all formats do not work.

Are you using Discovery with a regular individual subscription, or the Enterprise version for floating licenses?

Are you using a proxy server by any chance?  You may need to allow access to the IP address 96.47.45.182

Just to clarify, does this mean you are using a proxy server and clearing that IP address did not work?
