Hi all,Â
I'm trying to get the reaction force at a fixed boundary condition. I'm primarily running the simulation through workbench, but there doesn't seem to be a straightforward way to evaluate the boundary reactions forces from the solution post processing menu.Â
I tried to export "Boundary condition forces and energy" in the time history output in order to plot *DATABASE_BNDOUT in LS-Prepost later, but the generated bndout ascii file is empty (except for something that looks like a timestamp).Â
I've had experience outputting some nodal data, where I specify a "result tracker" in MECH. But there's no result tracker for boundarty condition as such.Â
Â
Thanks in advance for your answers!!

Hi Shrihari,
I checked Workbench LS-DYNA in 2024R2 and the force reaction from Fixed Support boundary condition is available by default using the Solution Information (please refer to the screenshot below).
Once you select this option, you can set the Boundary Condition to "Fixed Support" in the details window and then specify the orientation of interest.

Thank you ! I found that option.Â
