SubscriberHello,
I just installed a stand-alone license of ANSYS on my home computer. The geometry window in ANSYS Workbench appears to be missing the numbers on the distance scale at the bottom of the window, as well as the numbers on the contour bar legend (see screenshot below). How would I reset this view to make all the values appear? Â
Thank you,
D

Ansys EmployeeHello user,
Probably an issue with your graphics cards/settings. I would go through this pdf and see if I'm using a compatible one. I would also update my graphic drivers if they haven't been updated in a while. If this is something that's coming after a recent update of drivers, I would check if reverting back to the old setting resolves the issue.
Let us know how this goes.
Regards,
Nanda.

SubscriberHello,
I've got an NVIDIA Quadro FX 3700 which doesn't look like it is on the list. It is already using the lastest version of the driver, and there is no previous version available. Â
Thank you,

Ansys EmployeeHello user,
What happens when you disable this NVIDIA, and switch back to your default Intel that came with your configuration? Please follow this article about disabling a display adapter: Enable or Disable Integrated Graphics (iGPU) in Windows 11 | Windows 11 Forum
You might need to restart the system after you make this change.
Regards,
Nanda
