Forum ModeratorReducing the number of nodes should help. Can you try closing and reopening the project and then running the analysis?

Ansys EmployeeHi raihaneddrin15
Right-click the Mesh object and chose to "Clear Generated Data". The left-click the Mesh object to activate it; then down in its Details menu change the "Element Order" from Program Controlled to Linear. Now mesh again and check the node/element count. Should each be less than 128K and can now solve.
