SubscriberI am ajay and i am working on FDTD simulation for microlense arrays for OLED but when I extracted electric, magnetic field plots there is different intensity for different wavelength points or modes. can anyone help me to normalise the intensity of all plotsÂ

Ansys EmployeeHi Ajay,Â
That is correct, the FDTD is a time domain algorithm, but at the end of the simulation, the DFT monitors convert the time domain results into frequency domain results using Fourier transform, so you see the electric/magnetic field results for different wavelengths/frequencies. If you would like to see the evolution of electric field over time using a time domain monitor. Could you explain a little bit more what exactly is the metric you are looking for? You may also share a reference plot/article. Thank you!
Regards,
Amrita
