Since EME does not enforce the reciprocity, due to numerical errors of discretization and the field continuity such difference can happen. Further reducing the difference takes more time from converging testing, and it is not obvious which factors dominate this.

those tolerances are subtle to define, but can be helpful. At the same time you will need to check the diagnosis and see if it violates some physics too much.
Since the difference of the non-reciprocity is small, it can be challenge to reduce to very small level without trial and error.
