No image in Fluent simulation

  I'm not getting any images (scaled residuals) in the Fluent when the simulation is running. Tabs are blank. But when I could see the residuals image using camera->preview.
  
  Please help.

  Please check whether did you turn on Plot option for residuals and report definitions.

  I turned on the Plot option, I didn't get anything. Later I brought the convergence criterion to absolute, and run simulation again. There is no plot in the residuals.

  Make its value to 1.

  Then mentioned parameters (Reporting interval) are default.
  
  I'm using HP Elitebook 850 G5, intel i7-8650U CPU, 16 GB RAM, and Intel UHD Graphics 620. Is the specification is correct for using Ansys.
