These are just notes and warnings. Large deformation should be on here (contacts, etc.). As mentioned,make sure to select outer face of bottle, and inner face of die, which seems ok.
Important. Then increase contact pinball region so it covers the contact areas from start until the end of the simulation. See below for more info on thatUse many substeps, search the internet for an explanation on that.

As you are new to this type of analysis,suggest, to look at free courses on Ansys AIS related to contacts in particular.

thank you for yoour reply,
i tried doing what you said but i get the same results. when i use transient structure the tube hit the die and stop but it doesnt deform. atleast it doesnt go through without deforming.
and yes i am new to this, where do i start ? which courses ?
