No customer found in ANSYS licensing portal

  Through entitlements nothing appears. If I proceed with customer number, my institute is not registered, or I don’t know why it does not pick that number. Could you please help me with the issue.

  You do have software, but you're not the ASC so can't do anything on the Licencing Portal. I can't share any information on the Forum, but will ask your account manager to review the situation. I can see your name on the account, so it should be a fairly straightforward process on this side.
