It is mostly due to bad convergence, or bad mesh, or both. It also occurs when a user adds a negative source term to the "k" equation.Â

Forum ModeratorCheck the mesh quality: note that's cell metrics (in Meshing) and resolution (Meshing or the Fluent solver). You'll need to look at and then judge the latter.Â
