SubscriberWhen I am running the axial crush test of the component, the animation lookes incorrectly as attached. With the increment of time step, a portion of the part becomes disppeared not showing shrinkage. I am not sure what is the problem with this. I would really appreciate it if someone can give me some suggestions.

What does the message file say when the elements are eroded? -

From the screenshot you provided in the first message, it appears that some elements have been eroded. Could you also open the d3hsp file and check for any indication of element erosion. It usually shows up with a message like this: shell element X failed at time Y due to …

Thank you again for your quick response. I just fixed the issue one min ago. The problem is that the poisson's ratio I set was not appropriate.
