This is not an error message but a warning/reminder. This means that you have re-circulations/reversed flow crossing the outlet which causes flow to get in from an outlet. CFX Solver tries to avoid this by placing artificial walls.
You need to investigate a bit more to understand why reversed flow is happening, although the fraction of faces blocked is quite small.
So it might get resolved if you let it run more.
