NCode error when starting

Hi,

I have a problem with nCode. When I try to open it, an error appears, a dmp file is saved, and nCode shuts down. When I read the dmp file, I get the message:

"Unable to load image ...\ ANSYS Inc\nCode\ANSYS 2024 R1 nCode DesignLife 64-bit\GlyphWorks\bin\Qt5Widgets.dll, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Qt5Widgets.dll"

The dll file is located in the specified location. Does anyone know how to solve this error? 

I should add that when I start the stand-alone version of ncode, the program works, but the problem occurs again when I want to load a standard workflow or a previously saved .flo file.

Hi Tom,

May I know if this is a academic version? Also, I will need .dmp file to understand the issue.
