MPC and freedom constraint in ansys mechanical

      While running a symmetry model, design based on the discussion here, in ANSYS mechanical I am getting the following two errors;

      "One or more MPC contact regions or remote boundary conditions may have conflicts with other applied boundary conditions or other contact or symmetry regions. This may reduce solution accuracy. Tip: You may graphically display FE Connections from the Solution Information Object for non-cyclic analysis. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details."

      Within my model I do not have any contact region, instead I have used the face split to model the support and the loading area. I might have issue with the remote boundary condition or with the symmetry, as suggested in the error. The symmetry images are shown as following;

      The boundary conditions which I applied are ; (i) top load is -0.5mm in y direction and all other components and rotations were zero. (ii) the bottom support have zero in y-component and free for other components and rotations.

      In addition, within the solver output, I have number of following messages with different node numbers (ranging between 22945 and 23142)

      "Specified degree of freedom constraint UZ at unused node 22945"

      I am not sure if both of the above mentioned errors are related or different. It would be helpful if someone may guide me on solving these issues.

      Thank you

      Jack,

      Looks like they are just warnings.

      This blog explains some of this behavior.
