Hi I was hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction. I would like to get the maximum reaction forces of the brackets (fixed supports) for each step on the staircase.
Must I do a separate simulation for each step of the staircase or is there an easier way to do this?
August 18, 2020 at 11:27 ampeteroznewmanSubscriberCreate 14 Force loads, one on each step.nUnder Analysis Settings, create a 14 step solution, with each step having a 1 second duration, so the end time is 14.nEach of the 14 Force loads will have Tabular data input, with 13 zero values and one non-zero value in the correct second.nThe Reaction Force output will have 14 steps, one for each physical step on the staircase.nAugust 18, 2020 at 11:56 amHendrikProfectionSubscriberHi peteroznewmannPerfect thank you very much. nRegards,nViewing 2 reply threads- The topic ‘Moving load geometry for each step of a steel staircase’ is closed to new replies.
