  模式光源倾斜就无法生成模式了，但是直接垂直的就可以是什么问题？

  感觉就是时好时不好，我用垂直的运行一遍后，再调成倾斜的又可以运行生成模式了

  您好，可以尝试使用金属边界代替PML进行初步测试，排除PML吸收不稳定的影响，同时适当增大您的仿真区域再试。
