Missing Most tools from toolbox, but showing up in toolbox customization.

  Not sure why the analysis systems tools etc, are only showing up in the customization menu and not in the actual ANSYS workbench.
  
  Any help would be appreciated!

  Have you got anything on your computer from Ansys other than Student? The licence manager for Student is different and tends to cause problems.

  Not that I know of, I used to have other stuff but i thought i had uninstalled the lot of it. I'll try have a scour through my installs. Would I need to delete old simulation files as well from previous installs?

  Problem solved! Just went into my C drive and typed in ANSYS and there were a bunch of left over files from when I was on a student team, go figure. Deleted them all and re-installed and voila. Thanks for the tips!

  Yes, that'll do it. The licence manager will have been getting confused. Simulation files are fine, it's the installation files that are the problem.
