Meshing error

Hi guys, I found an problem when I generate mesh with this geometry .

      1) One or more entities failed to mesh. The mesh of the bodies containing these entities may not be up-to-date.  However, meshing might be successful on the other entities. ->  I have know this will happen but before I generate mesh I tried fix this with create midsurface because thin surfaces . However , still on the same result

      2) One or more surfaces cannot be meshed with acceptable quality. Try using a different element size or virtual topology. -> I have tried this fix with virtual topology with set virtual topology into repair all or automatic still get same result.

      3) A mesh could not be generated using the current meshing options and settings. -> If the above have been fixed I thought this won't appear.

beside that I have read another article , which is select capture curvature and capture proximity to turn on . but get the error , "A mesh could not be generated using the current meshing options and settings". Please I need help from someone , and I appriciate that. and thank you

      Hey,
Can you duplicate the model and generate a mesh using the default settings without changing anything, does that work ?
Can you share a snipshot of the geometry that you are using to generate the mesh ?
Does it only have shell surfaces after you used mid surfacing tool?

Can you share a snipshot of the geometry that you are using to generate the mesh ? yes , I share the geometry to you , look at the below . the geometry is hollow beam with thickness overall 10 mm and arranged like that .
Does it only have shell surfaces after you used mid surfacing tool? yes , exactly.

Please give me a help like advice to make meshing into succesful

      Hey,

There seems to be 1 solid body in your setup - can you show what that is or check if you missed to convert that ?
