Meshing Error

  The global min size has been replaced by the mesh size of a premeshed edge or face which is smaller. Please check the premeshed edge or face.
  
  A software execution error occurred inside the mesher. The process suffered an unhandled exception or ran out of usable memory.
  
  Could anyone figure out whats the problem in the mesh.. I guess its in Mutlizone meshing regions but i cant seem to overcome it. I will be thankful if someone can sort it out

  Perhaps this geometry has a hand in the problem...
  
  I used the following Mesh settings.
  
  I only meshed the body that has the hand cavity. It meshed and the only warning was that the inflation layer included some stair-stepping. But it did take 2.6 million cells. You can try a larger element size.

  Peter, I think you put your finger on the problem. I could add that you'd nailed it.... Depending on resolution you'll need a fair bit of mesh.
