Meshing Crashes After Launch

  Same issue from few months back, still not solved. 17.2, DM works fine, meshing just explodes after opening, giving me following message:
  
  "Unable to initialize addins in Meshing. Either the application crashed or Workbench lost communication with it (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:51354)."
  
  My spec is fine, running Windows 10. Installed and licensed properly following video guide.
