  During meshing, I am trying to set the max face size equal to max size. However, the option for max size is not available ? Any idea how to overcome this issue ?

  I don't think you can get a surface facet count in Ansys Meshing, in Fluent you will see the facet data when you read the mesh in, (and via Info -> Zones) but you'll need to figure out which surface ID it's associated with (found in the Boundary Condition panel). It's not something I've ever needed to worry about (or know). n
