Mesh issues in LS-Dyna Workbench

  Hello everyone.
  I'm simulating rubber inflation under pressure. I'm also using mass scale.
  In my calculations, I see that the mesh on the rubber end is severely distorted. Why? How can I fix this? There's no pressure on the end.

  Can you first make sure the display scaled factor is 1.0 (true scale) on the result, and show that picture?
  It does look like some constraint is affecting the end face in some way. What are all the boundary conditions on that face (loads, supports, connections)?
