Mesh Connection Group

Hi guys, I am merging the shell and the beam using the mesh connection group, after merging the beams rotate and ANSYS gives the error - The Quad Mesher failed on one or more faces during mesh connections. I ask for help how to solve this problem !? When merging, the geometry should not change, but mine does.

      Model before unification:

Do you absolutely need to merge the nodes? Can you use MPC bonded contacts instead?n-AniketnHow to access Ansys help linksnGuidelines for Posting on Ansys Learning Forumn

Thanks, I will try to do it, but I avoid contacts because of the large model.n

I connected the shell and the beam using an MPC contact and this is what I got. The picture shows that gaps appeared on the edges, but the connection remained at the verticesn
