Mesh Adaption in Fluent 2021

  I'm trying to enable mesh refinement by velocity gradient. Had no trouble doing this in older versions of Fluent. Now using 2021 and the menus have changed somewhat. To enable refinement, it appears I need to create a cell register for the Field Variable velocity. But when I try to create one, "Field Variable" is dimmed out and unavailable. Any suggestions?

  Not sure why it has been greyed out. Can please check the guidelines on refining and coarsening and make sure you are doing it right : 33.2. Refining and Coarsening (ansys.com)
  If you still have issues, let us know at what instance does it become unavailable.
